Danny’s expertise spans technology integration, supply chain orchestration, process improvement, cost control, change management, and team leadership. Before launching Decibel Consulting, Danny served as Senior Director of Supply Chain Systems at Agillitics, where he led client programs to chart-topping success and became a trusted adviser to executive leadership. Prior to that, as Senior Manager of Digital Technology at McNeilus Truck Manufacturing, he led every phase of mission-critical projects, from inventory optimization to shop floor management, while driving a comprehensive ERP implementation and ensuring technology was a high-performing asset, not a liability.
