Prior to that, as Senior Manager of Digital Technology at McNeilus Truck Manufacturing, he led every phase of mission-critical projects, from inventory optimization to shop floor management, while driving a comprehensive ERP implementation and ensuring technology was a high-performing asset, not a liability.
